Jiale YUPhD student

Jiale YU, received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology (Supervisor: Associate Professor Wang Cheng) in 2022, and is a PhD student at the University of Macau (Supervisor: Professor Chen Binmeng).

Master's research direction was functional adsorbent materials, participated in the publication of 5 SCIs, 2 core journal papers and 1 patent, and took part in the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund project, ‘Preparation of Highly Hydrophobic Magnetic High-Silica Zeolite and its Adsorption of Organic Pollutants’, mainly completed the preparation of magnetic zeolite and the performance characterisation part of the work. Participated in the project ‘Construction of micro-nano-structured silicon oxide/zeolite underwater superhydrophobic material and its oil-water separation performance research’ of the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation at the top level, and was mainly responsible for the hydrothermal alkali treatment modification of natural plagioclase zeolite and the characterisation and analysis.

Doctor's research focuses on the curing of cementitious materials, with a focus on analysing the curing mechanisms of cement slurries on waste materials under different conditions, and combining the results of basic research with practical environmental pollution and complex industrial wastewater treatment.
